A vacuum press formed plywood seat and back are combined with an Ash frame to create a very comfortable chair.The Ash frame pieces are connected with mortoise and tenon joints.

Reebok - Childrens' Shoe

Ease of manufacture, durability, and interchangability of components over a range of sizes were taken into account for this design. The shoe uses easily vacuum molded foam for the toe and heel caps and elastic bands to snug the shoe onto the child's foot. One piece of fabric is used for both the lining and upper.

HP Pelzer - Exhibit Design

An exhibit containing three full-scale wireframe models: a coupe, truck, and van. The frames were used to display the bussiness' line of automotive interior panels and soundproofing materials.

Airport Tow Tractor

This vehicle is designed to lift the front landing gear of an airplane and tow it to its taxiing location, lowering the amount of fuel used and the noise level of the area.

Nightstand

Designed using ready to assemble hardware so that it can be packaged and shipped flat. Differences in height of the door and drawer indicate how they are opened instead of handles or visible hardware.

A chair with a thin, flexible seating surface for flexibility and heat dissipation.

Saddle Stool

Expanded metal curved into a seat is woven into a square- section metal frame with thin cord material. The cording used for support softens the edges of the stool and allows more flexibility than a welded joint.

Drawing Table

A Lightweight, portable and adjustable drawing table constructed with steel angle iron and birch plywood. It can also function as a computer table with the lower rear shelf supporting a tower.

Toaster Locket

Photos are held in a warm copper piece of toast, which fit into a brass two-slice toaster.
